On Monday 28th
January 2013, people noticed a lot of vehicular movement in the premises of the
Ikeja High Court, in the late morning of the said day.
It soon became clear to
judiciary workers that the traffic was caused by the presence many of the
judges of the Lagos State High Court.
The workers then assumed
that the judges had come for one of their traditional close door meetings.
